More than a Back to School Giveaway

On August 1st, the Risen Savior Back to School Festival provided 160 students with essential school supplies and resources to help make the transition back to the classroom a little easier. Beyond the backpacks and supplies, the event is about creating a positive start to the school year and reminding students that their community believes in their potential.

For many families, preparing for a new school year can be a financial challenge. The Back-to-School Giveaway helps ease that burden while giving students an opportunity to feel prepared and excited about returning to school.

The event reflects the Donald Driver Foundation's commitment to investing in youth, strengthening families, and creating opportunities for children to thrive.
